Elfordonsprojektet, Were i Hans-Erik Svedjevik was project leader, is a car built by students on el-education and car-education as a specialwork.
The car a Golf -84, was stripped on all things that belong to the petrol engine. Then a electric engine was mounted where the original engine was placed.
Thirteen 6 volt 160 AH batteries are powering the engine.
The car fits best in town. I drive all shorter distanses with the car.
